    In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cheddar, milk and some seasoning. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously, until softly scrambled. Stir in chives, then split open croissants (warm them first if you have an oven) and put the scrambled eggs inside.

Suggest replacing the chives with spring onion. Also, add a bit of salt. Came out great!

Yummy and easy to make for a lazy hangover breakfast. Only two things... make sure you buy bigger croissants because there is a lot of egg and add some salt. It really made the difference and brought the flavours out.

I was questioning the recipe when I tasted the eggs on their own, but the croissants really made it delicious. Great for lazy husbands who haven't gotten the hang of many cooking techniques yet, like myself.
